Directions for Preparation and Use

• Use as directed by your physician.
• Proper hygiene, handling, and storage are important when preparing infant formula.
• Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm.
• Use water previously heated at a full rolling boil for 5 minutes. Allow the water to cool and follow mixing instructions carefully. Use 190mL of water with five (5) level scoops of powder per feeding.
• Use only the scoop provided in this box to measure the milk powder.
• You can give your child two feedings a day for children aged 1–3, and you should consult your doctor about your child’s nutrition needs.
• You can try mixing half PediaSure and half milk to encourage your child to drink milk.
• If you prepare more than one feeding, it must be refrigerated at 2-4 °C and used within 24 hours.
