Yes, all orders that contain prescription medicines should be accompanied by a valid prescription that contains all the following details:
• Prescription date
• Patient’s details (Complete name, Age, Sex, Weight)
• Medicine’s details (Generic name and strength, Dosage, Duration)
• Licensed physician’s complete name, License number, Signature
You can either upload your prescription while placing the order if you have it ready or you can email it later with your order ID to [email protected]
Yes, you can order thru email. Make a list of all the medicines you’d like to order, upload the prescription. Email the list to us at [email protected]. Please ensure that you provide your full mailing address and contact details. We’ll call you back to confirm or will get back to you via email on the medicines we will serve you.
Once we confirm the same, the order will be processed. If you have ordered prescription medicines, you need to scan the prescription and send it along with the email. You can also upload a legible photograph if you are unable to scan it. Our team will not process your order without a prescription. Our team will then fulfill the order at the earliest.
Yes, you can refill the previous order from history. You have prescriptions bank in your account. All your previous prescriptions are saved. Please note that we cannot give refills for prescriptions already fully served. We also take into consideration the date of the prescription if it is already for you to visit your doctor for a new prescription.
Yes, you can buy generic substitutes instead of the brand name in the prescription. You can ask our pharmacist for a generic equivalent of your medicine or you can select from our variety of generic substitutes.
We try hard to give you the best price possible. We apply discounts to medicines/items from time to time. You have the option to check good quality generic substitutes equivalent for your prescribed brand medications.
Yes, you can order non-prescription items and prescription items together.

Yes, we give Senior citizens and PWD discounts. This applies only to medicines covered by relevant Philippine laws. The 20% discount is non-transferable. It shall be applied exclusively to drugs and medicines for the use of Senior Citizens.
Documentary Requirements:
• Identification card (ID)
ID issued by the city or municipal mayor or Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) or the barangay captain of the place where the Senior Citizen resides. The said ID should be recognized nationwide.
• Prescription
Except for over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, a doctor’s prescription should be presented. A prescription should have the following information: name, age, sex, and address of the Senior Citizen, as well as the date, generic name of the medicine, dosage form, dosage strength, quantity, name and signature, address of the prescribing physician, professional license number, and narcotic license or S2 number, if applicable.
• Purchase Slip Booklet (Senior Citizen Medicine Booklet)
Booklets shall be used to record the kind of OTC medicine purchased, how many, when, and where it was purchased. Likewise, this will help the drugstores to monitor the last purchase made for a certain medicine.
Double Discounts:
Double discounts will not be allowed. Senior Citizens will have the option to choose either promotional campaigns and other forms of discounts on certain medicines, or the Senior Citizens discount provided that only the Senior Citizens’ discount is exempted from VAT.
In cases where Senior Citizens are also Persons with Disability (PWD), the Senior Citizen may opt to use either the Senior Citizens or the PWD discount provided that only the Senior Citizens’ discount is exempted from VAT.
Calculation:
The 20% discount granted to Senior Citizens shall be computed in the following
manner:
(a) The VAT shall be initially deducted from the Retail Price of the medicine
to obtain the Net Retail Price; and
(b) The 20% discount shall be deducted from the Net Retail Price to obtain the
Senior Citizen’s Price.
By way of illustration, if the Retail Price (inclusive of VAT) of a certain drug is
P100.00, the Senior Citizen’s Price should be computed as follows:

We try our best to deliver your items on time but please note that delivery is also dependent on other external factors such as but not limited to weather, government restrictions, holidays, etc.
Delivery is FREE for orders ABOVE ₱ 2499. For orders BELOW ₱ 2499, the Delivery Charge will be ₱ 150. (METRO MANILA), Any order outside Metro Manila will be shipped thru J&T Express, and shipping charges will be 175.
Yes. In case you are not at home, please nominate someone who can receive the order. Ensure that they have the payable amount (COD orders). Just give us the preferred date and time or contact details if someone else will receive the order.
We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, if should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify eHealthPlus Customer Support immediately or the next day after receiving the product(s), to ensure prompt resolution.
Refund Steps:
Refund of order is subject to the approval of management and if the customer strictly complies with the following conditions:
1. Kindly send an email to [email protected] within 3 (three) calendar days since the delivery of the items with the complete requirements below.
2. On the email Subject, please write: Request a Refund
3. Upload a clear photo of the following:
– Damaged items (should still have complete packaging/box);
– Expired item/s (should be without defect or damage, in its original packaging/box, unopened and untampered, clear expiration date and batch number);
– Incorrect item/s (should be without defect or damage, in its original packaging/box, unopened and untampered, clear expiration date and batch number)
– Official Receipt
4. State the reason for the refund
– Did not receive an order
– Received an incomplete product (missing SKU, quantity, or accessories)
– Received the wrong product/s
– Received a product with damage
– Received a faulty product
This can only be done before the order has been shipped, i.e., you need to ensure you send us an email at [email protected] with your order number or call us at +63 925 778 6670 for cancellation. If your order can be canceled, you will receive an order cancellation notification.
Yes. Orders may be canceled by eHealthPlus Pharmacy due to the following reasons:
– Customer has failed two (2) times to receive the order via home delivery.
– If the prescription uploaded is not valid.
– If Senior Citizen / PWD requirements are not valid.
– If the order has been evaluated as a potential case of fraud.
– If the delivery address is outside our logistics partner’s delivery zone.
– Other cases when an order cannot be fulfilled.
In the event that eHealthPlus Pharmacy cancels an order, it shall be in full, not partially/per item.
Your conversations with our pharmacists are completely confidential. Our delivery team never knows what medication they are delivering.
