Description

Indications

• Atrial fibrillation/flutter
• Venous thromboembolism (DVT or PE; VTE)
• Postoperative venous thromboprophylaxis following hip or knee replacement surgery

Dosage and Administration

• As directed by the physician.
• Administer with or without food.

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to Apixaban or any component of the formulation. Refer to the manufacturer’s labeling for further details.
