Indications
- Atrial fibrillation/flutter
- Venous thromboembolism (DVT or PE; VTE)
- Postoperative venous thromboprophylaxis following hip or knee replacement surgery
Dosage and Administration
- As directed by the physician.
- Administer with or without food.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Apixaban or any component of the formulation. Refer to the manufacturer’s labeling for further details.
