Administration
- Administer with food; Take with or immediately after meals to reduce GI discomfort.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to vildagliptin, metformin or any component of the formulation. Refer to manufacturer labeling for further detail.
Common side-effects
- Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach pain, Loss of appetite, Dizziness, Headache, Trembling, Metallic taste, Hypoglycemia
